I'm a Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach, and hold a Level 2 USA Weightlifting Certification. I also earned a Level 2 Biosignature Modulation Certification through the legendary Charles Poliquin — whose methods have shaped elite athletes worldwide.
I hold a 4-year degree from Indiana University and continue to sharpen my craft through ongoing training with The Kilo Strength Society, known for their high-level application of biomechanics and strength systems. I'm also certified in Precision Nutrition and Performance Athleticism, combining advanced nutritional strategies with elite physical development.
