The thing that our clients love about our gym is that the gym is very well equipped and has NO crowds. We only offer a limited number of memberships so the place is quite and spotlessly clean. We specialize in personal training and white glove customer service!

If you are a beginner, we recommend starting with 1 to 2 sessions a week, with the goal of working up to 3 to 4. You will be surprised at what you can accomplish even if you only have time for 1 session each week. We believe in QUALITY over quantity. Part of the assessment process is evaluating what your physical needs and demands are and matching you to a personalized and tailored plan. Not too much, never too little... just right!

We have filtered water available to our members. We even have a mini kitchenette equipped with a blender for your shakes and an espresso machine!

Our program is designed for universal scalability, making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience.

Our programming will include a preparation part that is uniquely tailored to you and your training session. This prepares your body for movement. Then you will move on to a strength portion in which you’ll work with weights such as dumbbells, barbells, resistance machines or body weight exercises. All the exercises will be designed with your needs in mind.

No! A healthy lifestyle has to be manageable and realistic for the long term. Do enjoy special indulgences and meals! The healthier you are, the healthier you tend to want to eat. You get hooked on feeling good, and junk food just isn’t worth it. By avoiding excessive amounts of refined carbohydrates and measuring your intake of protein, carbohydrates, and fat, you will see dramatic, measurable increases in health.
