The ideal exercise program for improving body composition and health includes both weight training and conditioning. LOW-intensity conditioning ensures that metabolism remains stoked throughout the day, improves your BMI, and controls blood pressure. It helps reduce your risk of heart attack, high cholesterol, diabetes, and some forms of cancer. At least 10-20 minutes of cardiovascular conditioning a day is recommended.
The GET STARTED plan is perfect for the person who just wants a little help getting started to manage their own training schedule. Our coach will meet with you and assess your individual needs and goals then design a personalized program just for you! They will train you through a few sessions and then cut you loose to be on your own!
Each month, you will start with your coach and a new plan to progress you to your goal! No more plateaus.
This plan includes your training sessions (1 each week or 4 each month, you and your coach can decide how best to utilize your sessions). It also includes UNLIMITED gym access to our state-of-the-art facility that is delightfully private and uncrowded.
The LIFESTYLE plan is not too much and not too little. It’s JUST RIGHT. You will be amazed at how much you can accomplish with just a couple of sessions each week! Let our coaches design a plan that gives you exactly what you need. You do NOT have to live in the gym to accomplish your goals, I promise you!
Each month, you will have 8 sessions (2 each week) to train one-on-one with your coach.

You will train NO FEWER than 3 times each week. Let our coaches hold you accountable to your goals and help you design the perfect pathway to success. We will be benchmarking you along the way so that you can see the progress you are making.

Here’s what you need to know about our re-occurring monthly membership plans. All sessions MUST be used each month (they do not roll over). You must provide a 24-hour notice to cancel scheduled sessions. Cancellation of membership forfeits any unused sessions. Membership may be canceled at any time.
The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.
A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!
Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
